Greater Than entered Q3 with a final settlement agreement with ABAX AS, resolving all disputes and confirming its IP is preserved.
Underlying recurring sales grew 41% on a like-for-like basis compared with the same quarter last year, with progress across both sales channels, although from low levels.
In Direct Enterprise sales, one new contract was signed. In Global Partnerships, discussions with large organizations about the FIA DSI have converted into pilot contracts and initial revenues, and adoption grew to 20 Member Clubs. In the partnership with Honda, the focus has been on concluding pilots and summarizing feedback, allowing for the product to be finalized for commercial launch.
