Stellantis Japan will leverage Greater Than’s artificial intelligence (AI) that converts GPS data into driver scores to help FIAT 500e subscribers understand their impact on the roads while gaining new insights to help shape future services to meet evolving customer needs.

Through FIAT Ciao Drive, drivers will be able to see their crash probability and climate impact and to understand how these are affected by their levels of focus and anticipation. An in-app leader board indicates how they compare with other FIAT 500e drivers, helping to incentivize safe, sustainable driving.

Within the partnership, Greater Than’s unique pattern AI technology will convert GPS driving data into crash probability and climate impact scores. The climate impact score will measure CO2 savings in grams or percentage, as well as EV battery consumption. To generate the data, Greater Than’s AI compares driving patterns against a database of over 7 billion trips trained with real claims and fuel consumption.
FIAT Ciao Drive is being made available to FIAT 500e drivers in Japan at the point of subscription.
