As Greater Than continue to grow and further reach out to the global market, we’re delighted to welcome Helena Norrthon as the new General Counsel and part of our executive team. In this capacity, Helena will oversee and execute work covering various industry relations and partnerships, public policy, trust, and safety.

Helena Norrthon has an international background and wealth of experience, covering experience as an IT lawyer at the start-up Adderas and as a Senior Legal Counsel at Magine, a global video streaming service and numerous years of serving as a lawyer at The Ministry of Enterprise, Energy Communications and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Helena’s comprehensive experience cover all business aspects of legal consultation, including international negotiations with the Member States regarding EU law.
Prior to joining Greater Than, Helena served as General Counsel at SIS, developing standards that are considered as copyrighted work and often contain patents to companies and organizations globally. Throughout Helena’s career, she has been involved in several high-profile legal and regulatory matters and concluded numerous intellectual property deals, including licensing agreements with companies worldwide.
