Björn Ulvgården has been a member of our Board of Directors since November 2025.

Ulvgården has a legal background with more than 30 years of experience. He worked as a lawyer between 1993 and 2011 and was a central figure in the establishment and development of a mid-sized Swedish law firm. From 2011 to 2019, Ulvgården was a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for Corporate Finance Legal. He has also worked at the Uppsala District Court.

Ulvgården is currently Chairman of the Board at OE Capital. He has previously served as Chairman of the Board of a Swedish fund management company and as a board member of Everysport Group AB (publ) and Athanase Industrial Partner.
