Greater Than is an award-winning Insurtech provider, developing AI and applications helping Insurance carriers and mobility providers to predict risk, reduce claims cost and award good driving. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled and experienced Project Manager within tech, who is passionate about leading business projects from start to in-market success.
Job description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing business projects with our auto insurance, automotive and mobility customers globally. Within this role, you will work with our sales and tech team to map business opportunities, drive sales processes, and be the lead for our internal and external projects from start to ongoing success.
You will have the opportunity to use and develop your business acumen, lead cross-functional teams from start of an idea, to market launch, to ongoing development. You will lead parallel projects, within several regions and industries, with different deadlines and your responsibility will be to deliver your projects on time, at the right budget, according to specification and with excellent quality! You will work with passionate colleagues from several fields including full-stack, front-end and UX and be part of launching new apps, web and data analytics projects around the world.
This assignment is located in Japan, but might involve travel. You will report directly to our Head of Japan.

You have experience of project management and are driven by developing client relations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management - marketing - business administration - sales or relevant field
- Fluent in Japanese & proficient in English
- Min 3 years work experience within Project management or Business Development or Key Account Management
- Good skills with Microsoft office
- Analytical skills - project management skills - presentation skills
- Experience working with SaaS is a plus
