Martin Vogl has been a member of our Board of Directors since May 2023.

Vogl is Founder, CEO and Chairman of the innovative insurance group YOUPLUS, which is currently active in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Czech & Slovak Republic, Norway and Ireland. He also serves as CEO of Swiss InsurEvolution Partners Holding (SIEP).

Vogl has more than 20 years’ experience in CEO positions in international insurance environments covering B2C, B2B, B2B2C business models, as well as in management consulting. Prior to joining YOUPLUS and SIEP, he served as CEO of AXA CZ/SK for five years and executed a fundamental business restructuring, resulting in €15M profit in 2015 and AXA winning multiple awards for new innovative products and high client satisfaction.
